  1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1. By accessing or using any services, products, or content provided by Genesis Research Consultancy Limited (GRCL), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

  1. Definitions

2.1. “Service” refers to the academic and research services, including but not limited to thesis and manuscript writing, consultation, and related support services, provided by GRCL.

2.2. “Client/Applicant” refers to individuals who submit orders, requests, or interact with GRCL for services.

2.3. “Writer” refers to individuals employed by GRCL as freelancers who provide research and writing assistance services to clients/applicants.

2.4. “Order” refers to the request submitted by clients/applicants specifying their requirements for services.

2.5. “Product” refers to the result of the work order, including thesis, manuscript, or any related content produced by GRCL for clients/applicants.

2.6. “Support Staff” refers to the structural unit of GRCL responsible for coordinating and assisting the work order process.

2.7. “Messaging System” is the software ensuring communication between clients/applicants, writers, and support staff.

2.8. “Affiliate Program” is a program targeted at existing clients/applicants, offering exclusive benefits.

  1. Use of Service

3.1. The services provided by GRCL are intended for research, reference, and academic purposes. The products delivered by GRCL, including theses and manuscripts, are not meant to be submitted as the client/applicant’s own work but as references for their research and academic projects.

3.2. You agree to use the services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Any misuse or unauthorized use of the services is strictly prohibited.

  1. Ordering Process

4.1. To place an order for services, clients/applicants must submit all relevant details and requirements through the GRCL website or another designated communication channel.

4.2. Clients/applicants are responsible for providing clear and accurate instructions, source materials, and requirements to ensure the quality and accuracy of the delivered product.

4.3. All orders are processed based on the information provided by the client/applicant. GRCL is not responsible for any issues that arise from incorrect or incomplete instructions.

  1. Product Delivery

5.1. The final product will be delivered to the client/applicant through the designated communication channel within the agreed-upon timeframe.

5.2. In the event of a delay in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances, GRCL will communicate the revised delivery time to the client/applicant.

  1. Product Revision

6.1. Clients/applicants can request revisions to the delivered product within the specified revision period.

6.2. Revisions will be based on the initial requirements of the order. Any additional instructions may require additional charges.

  1. Pricing and Payment

7.1. Clients/applicants agree to pay the agreed-upon price for the services as per the pricing structure provided by GRCL.

7.2. Payments are processed securely through the designated payment gateway. GRCL does not store payment information.

  1. Refund Policy

8.1. GRCL offers a Money-Back Guarantee under specific conditions as described in the Refund Policy.

8.2. Refund requests must be submitted within the stipulated time frame and meet the outlined criteria.

  1. Client/Applicant Responsibilities

9.1. Clients/applicants are responsible for providing accurate contact information and monitoring communications for updates and queries.

9.2. Clients/applicants must adhere to copyright and fair use policies when using the delivered product.

  1. Data Privacy

10.1. GRCL collects, stores, and processes personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

  1. Amendments

11.1. GRCL may update these Terms of Service at any time, and any changes will be reflected with an updated effective date.

  1. Jurisdiction

12.1. Any legal disputes arising from these Terms of Service fall under the jurisdiction of the location of GRCL’s principal business (Bangladesh).
